Erik Knight CEO
Erik is the founder and CEO of SimpleWAN. Previously he was the founder and CEO of ComVoice Communications which was acquired by Jive/Logmein in 2014, and was also the founder of Knightek-CommWorld that was acquired in 2005. Erik has spent his entire career in developing advanced networking and communications technologies that came to be embraced by the industry. He is an avid technology inventor, holds multiple patents, and maintains a strong commitment to the cybersecurity industry and the local Arizona community.

Michael WolfBoard Member
Michael is a General Partner of Lobodos Ventures investing in a number of early stage technology companies. Previously he was a co-founder, EVP, CTO, and a Board Member of VIASOFT, Inc, and prior to that a technology leader at EDS and Computer Associates. Michael is a Founding Board Member of AZ Angels, the AZ Technology Council, the AZ Interactive Marketing Association (AZIMA), and the MIT Enterprise Forum.

Warren CarseyBoard Member
Warren is a Managing Partner at Veritas Holdings Group, formerly at CIBC World Markets and JPMorgan Chase. He is an investor, founder and advisor in the IT security and safety industries, currently serving as President of Seaon Global (defense industry) and previously with companies that include SafeAccess (internet security), ArmorWorks (defense), Mine Safety Appliance (industrial safety) and Pacific Safety Products (law enforcement and defense).

Chris AugurBoard Member
Most recently Chris was the President of ZIVELO, a world-leader in kiosk technology best known for providing McDonalds’ interactive kiosks throughout the United States. ZIVELO was acquired by Verifone in 2019. Earlier he was President of SpeedFarm Corporation, a high technology semiconductor technology company that, under his leadership, grew from 50 people to over 600 and completed a successful NASDAQ IPO. He was later president of Isola Corp., the largest US printed circuit board materials manufacturer that was acquired by TPG. Most recently he has worked in software, security and technology M&A and closed acquisitions with ARM, Gernalto, Google, Intel, Oracle, Seiko Epson, Symantec, TPG, and others.

Joe CusackBoard Member
Joe is President of TBF Consulting, a boutique consulting firm for sales enablement in high-tech markets, and an active Angel investor. Joe spent 30 years building and running sales teams for Cisco, Microsoft, and IBM. Joe is also an active mentor for W.P. Carey and Thunderbird Global Management graduate students.
